Our flexible spending accounts allow you to save on taxes for healthcare and dependent daycare expenses. We also offer an employer-matching 401(k) Savings Plan and a Pension Plan, which provides an additional benefit at retirement.
The Nestlé 401(k) Savings Plan allows you to save on a tax-deferred basis through convenient payroll deductions. To help you save for retirement, Nestlé USA will contribute $1.00 for each $1.00 you contribute up to 3% of your eligible pay, plus $0.50 for each additional $1.00 you contribute up to the next 2% of your eligible pay, for a maximum employer matching contribution of 4% of your eligible pay. You will become 100% vested in your employer matching contributions after completing three years of service or upon reaching age 65 while employed at Nestlé or any of its Affiliates, whichever is earlier. What’s more, the plan offers investment options for every type of investor.

We provide financial assistance to families who adopt, including help for special needs adoptions. This benefit has led to the Dave Thomas Foundation naming Nestlé USA to the list of America’s top 100 adoption-friendly employers for consecutive years.
Nestlé is also proud to support ongoing education. The Nestlé Scholarship Foundation sponsors a scholarship program to financially assist children of employees in the pursuit of higher education. Recipients are selected based on academic record, demonstrated leadership skills and participation in school and community activities.
