When you join Nestlé Direct Store Delivery Field Operations Program (NDSD), you’re part of a team managing direct store delivery operations for both our frozen pizza and ice cream brands. Your challenge is to drive revenue in an assigned territory by working directly with stores and maximizing sales, market share and profit margins. This division consists of seven different regions throughout the nation, and has wide-open potential for talented people.

If you’re ready to learn by doing—and by doing, we mean taking part in some exciting projects—we encourage you to consider the Direct Store Delivery Field Operations Program, a Full-Time Rotation Program that plugs you into the heart of our business and empowers you to make a big contribution quickly.
The program begins with a rigorous 12-month training program, giving you a broad look at all the functional areas of Direct Store Delivery, as well as the time it takes to learn how to thrive in a DSD Sales environment. You’ll experience “Day in the Life” training with various subject matter experts, and develop a base of understanding of our go-to-market structure and what it takes to get a product
Roughly halfway through the program, you'll have the opportunity to complete project work that improves the business and helps us “Own the Aisle.” And when you’re ready, you’ll take the driver’s seat by running your own route and then managing a mini-team—as well as the results—of a small territory in the last months of the program.
When the program is over, there’s ample opportunity to launch your career by driving revenue and leading your own team of sales representatives as a District Sales Leader. What’s more, future career possibilities include such roles as Account Executive, Go-to-Market Project Manager, Distributor Manager, Area Sales Manager and Regional General Manager.
Because DSD consists of seven different regions across the nation, candidates must be open to travel during the program, as well as relocation after the initial 12 months. To be considered for the program, here are some of the requirements we look for:
- A passion for Sales and Leadership – all majors considered (business majors preferred)
- Graduation date: December of this year or May/June 2014
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Flexible work hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Must have valid driver’s license and driving record satisfactory to the Company
- A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) license will be required; this can be obtained during the program
- Geographic flexibility and ability to relocate
- Sponsorship for work visas are not offered for this position
